Assess Current State

Review existing policies, programs, practices and data – along with gathering input from employees, managers and leaders.  Goal is to identify strengths, gaps and opportunities

Define Vision and Goals

Co-create what the organization’s vision of an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture looks like.  We will also define key goals and initial metrics for the strategy.

Develop the Strategy

Facilitate working sessions to build the strategy.  Priorities may include policies, recruiting, talent development, leadership accountability and workplace culture efforts.

Initiate Implementation

Drive the process to begin to put the strategy into action with a detailed roadmap and communication plans.  Additional goals include change management and refining how progress will be measured.

Close Engagement 

Wrap-up the initial engagement with analysis of our progress and setting up mechanisms to track key metrics and update the strategy going-forward.  We want to ensure effective ownership transition and equip teams to manage the next phase(s).
