DEI-Centric Focus Groups

Gain deep insights in order to formulate new approaches and refine existing strategies. Beyond being a platform for discussion, focus groups can serve as a catalyst for additional change. Based on your organization’s objectives, we craft a plan for these sessions to align in support of your talent and DEI goals (from policies, inclusive practices, workplace culture, etc.).
