Emily Kameros

Emily Kameros (she/her) is a strategic human resources executive focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Organizational Development (OD).  She formed E Kameros Consulting LLC in June 2022 after a 23-year career at EY, a global professional services firm. At EY, Emily was an Associate Director in the Americas Inclusiveness Office.

Emily played a broad variety of roles during her tenure on EY’s Americas DEI team, leading executive development initiatives, consulting with senior executives on their inclusion efforts and strategies, managing the firm’s relationship with Catalyst, integrating inclusion into learning and development programs, and serving as lead consultant to the firms largest employee resource group.

Her DEI experience covers many areas including strategy, organizational change, facilitation, program development and measurement & analytics. She has created and managed everything from DEI councils and learning programs to coaching initiatives and high-potential programs.  In addition to over 15 years on EY’s centralized DEI team, Emily spent five years as the DEI and OD leader for several national business units. Her contributions with those groups focused on employee engagement, high-performance teaming, flexibility/work-life strategy and talent management.

Emily earned her B.S. from Cornell University and a M.S. in Organizational Change Management from The New School. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, two sons and their amazing rescue dog.  Outside of work, driving her teens, fundraising or planning the family’s next adventure, Emily might be found trying new recipes, playing pickleball or riding the Peloton.
