The Principles That Shape Our Approach

A lot goes into building a comprehensive approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. There are also A LOT of vendors out there. Here are a few things we emphasize at E Kameros Consulting:
 

Balance among short and long-term goals:  This is a long-term commitment, but we understand there is often pressure to show immediate results. We will help you develop metrics and methods to measure the impact of DEI efforts and initiatives, and balance the discussion between strategy and execution.

Collaboration is key:  It’s easy to state that commitment from top leadership is key. We understand how to build the necessary support to drive meaningful change.

Employees day-to-day experiences matter:  Organizations send out press releases and create fancy descriptions on their websites.  But it’s the work within teams that’s absolutely critical. We'll work with you on approaches to ensure individual team members feel valued and included and that your processes and policies support these goals.
